Event lighting for every venue
We understand that each event is unique, so we’ll work closely with you to create an individual look and atmosphere that works for your event and your venue. There are lots of different lighting options available to suit every theme and location.
We’ve been working with the following popular wedding venues for many years. We can advise on lighting that works particularly well in these spaces, or we can put together something completely new and exciting.
Event lighting FAQs
Do you install the lighting on the day?
In an ideal world, we would install the day before to ensure that everything is in place and ready for you, but we appreciate that it’s not always possible, especially during peak season. We will liaise with the venue to arrange access and keep you updated with details.
How do you light up an event?
The lighting we supply is decorative in nature, all designed to compliment your chosen venue. We have a wide range of options, from simple uplights and downlights that can highlight key areas in any room until it is time for dancing or dining!

How long does it take to set up the event lighting?
The lighting can take between 20 minutes and 4 hours to set up, depending on what you choose. The time will depend on what type of fixtures you choose and how many lights are needed for each area that needs coverage.
Do we have to pay a deposit?
Yes, we require a 50% deposit to secure your date.
When do you come back to take the lighting down?
We would normally take the lighting down the following morning, however, if you need it taken down that same evening, that can be arranged.
Do you need to see a event venue before quoting for lighting?
For our regular venues, we already know them well enough to suggest ideas and quote a price. If we haven’t worked with the venue before we just need some photos of the wedding event space to get a good idea of what lighting would work well. Then we can put together a costing for you.
Is installation optional? Can we set up and take down the lights by ourselves?
You can even set up your own installation with some of our robust items, if you would like to set it up yourself please let us know when you enquire. Alternatively, we can come in and set it up for you so that everything goes according to plan.
How much does it cost for event lighting?
It is impossible to give a set price for lights at your wedding, as the cost can range from a couple of hundred pounds to a couple of thousand. Every quotation will be bespoke and tailored specifically to your event!
